This experience led to the foundation of the company.

Also, the medical industry is still a closed industry where connection work is popular within the same industry though the internet has been prevalent. She decided to launch this website because she believes that it must help organizing a pleasant work environment.

SPARKLINKS., Inc. was established by the representative who is a dentist and mother of two children. She faced difficulties of being compatible with raising children and health professions which require long working hours regardless of Saturday and Sunday. This experience led to the foundation of the company.

The representative worked part-time at a university hospital and ran her own business as a dentist; therefore, it was hard to find a nursery school and she had no maternity leave.

The situation increased the stress and frustration. Even if she decided to return to work, she has to work till late at night so that the nursery time cannot cover and she can’t find day care center. She felt indebted to her children for the unsatisfactory care and could not make complete return to her work. She was frustrated by the incomplete childcare and work and inconvenience for her workplace.

Though the internet is prevalent today, the work is requested with built connections between doctors and dentists. It is a surprisingly closed industry.

The company was established from the wish that the improved and better work environment can be created by an interactive matching website, where work can be entrusted, with the evaluation system.
